Rwanda 2017 | Days 2 and 3
Welcome back! Today I’m sharing the next few days of our 2017 trip to Rwanda! Looking through these pictures and working on these post, it makes me so excited to be back in Rwanda in just a few short weeks. Eek! I’m trying really hard to get these posts finished before we go, but we will see how that goes!
Spring Break Trip to the NC Zoo
Over Spring Break, Cory and I took Baker on a short trip to Asheboro to visit the NC Zoo. We left after Cory got off work on Thursday evening and got to Asheboro late that night. If you follow me on Instagram, you may remember that when we got to the hotel, it was after midnight and the first room they put us was occupied. 😳 Yep, we walked straight in to a room with people sleeping in it! Lock your hotel doors, people!
Rwanda 2017 | Traveling, Arrival, and Day 1
Now that it’s time to head back to Rwanda, I figured I should finally get around to recapping Rwanda 2017. Since I’ve waited almost 9 months, I’m going to do my best to remember as many details as possible, but I’m pretty sure these posts won’t be as detailed as in years past. You will still get to see a ton of photos of our Rwandan friends plus we added Baker into the mix this year. You really can’t go wrong with that combo. 😉
Easter Weekend 2018
We kicked our Spring Break off over Easter weekend and had the best time celebrating our Risen King with Baker Bea! Even though this season is about so much more than egg hunts and Easter baskets, Baker is obviously too young to understand. Last year she was too young to participate in these type activities so we took full advantage of the fun age she is at now. On Saturday morning, we headed to a local Easter egg hunt.
