Not So Happy Halloween
Not so happy Halloween from Hampton Batman. We don’t make a big deal out of Halloween around house since we don’t have kids and normally aren’t at home for Trick or Treaters but I do like to dress the dogs up. This picture is actually from 2011 but one of my favorites of Hampton. I often wish our dogs could talk just so I could know what they are thinking. The pissed off look on his face says “Get this stupid costume off me. Now.” The dogs really aren’t fond of wearing any kind of clothing but that doesn’t stop me from buying them things like this… And they hate every second…
Sweet Beginnings Baby Shower
Summer before last I planned my very first “real” shower. I had co-hosted a few bridal showers in the past but was still in college and didn’t have a lot of time or money to invest into it. Saturday, my parents’ church had their fall festival and John and Jordan volunteered to help. Their church is out in the middle…
Super Sister
As I mentioned yesterday in my Five on Friday post, my parents are out of town the country until Sunday. What does that mean for me?It means that I get to be super sister for the weekend. Last night was full of running errands, dinner and going back and forth to my parents twice to get ready for all the Halloween festivities today. We’ve got not only one church festival today but two. My parents church is having a fall festival and my brothers volunteered to help. Rather than heading out there twice, I figured I would just take Gracie while they work. After we leave there, our church is helping…
