Why Cory and I didn’t buy Clemson football season tickets.
With college football season upon us {it starts tonight!}, I wanted to explain why Cory and I didn’t buy Clemson football season tickets this year. For the first time since we graduated, we won’t be spending every Saturday tailgating with Cory’s family or be in our awesome seats to watch the Tigers rub the rock and run down the hill. We won’t get to hear the cannons fire off when the Tigers score or do the slow wave with 80,000 closest friends. It may sound stupid to some, but this wasn’t an easy decision for me. I love Clemson football. I love devoting our entire Saturday weekend to this game…
I’m not a band wagon fan but…
Sometimes I wish I was. If you aren’t a fan of football, you might want stop reading now because this post is about the disappointment of being a fan. In my case, it’s Clemson football. At the end of last season, Clemson was the underdog in the Chick-fil-a Bowl against LSU and we won. The win was big for us. Really big. They’ve been setting up on Bowman field the past couple days and it looks like an ESPN studio out there. This weekend hundreds of thousands of people will cram in to this small college town and the atmosphere will be crazy! This time…
First Week of Class Craziness
Clemson officially looks like someone kicked over an ant hill. Chaos doesn’t even begin to describe our office the past few weeks. With not having a second to even breathe at work and my computer being in the shop, I haven’t done much updating. Yesterday, Cory told me that the only time he feels completely ready to have a kid is on the first day of school. Funny thing is, while I was scrolling through Facebook pictures of the 1st day, I thought the exact same thing. Too bad I don’t have any super cute pictures of kiddos getting ready to head off to school BUT I do have these…
