Weekending
It’s been a while {like a couple of weeks} since Cory and I finished our last binge sesh on Netflix and that all changed this weekend with my discovery of Homeland. I’ve been watching on my phone, which makes the obsession so much worse because, literally, I can take it with me wherever I go…laying in bed, the bath, riding in the car, at dinner… Just kidding. Maybe. As you can imagine, not a lot happened this weekend besides watching Homeland. That happened a lot. Five on Friday
Happy cold, cold Friday, my friends! It’s a chilly 14 degrees here in SC today and everybody’s all “I’m so ready for summer.” C’mon, y’all…this is really the first bout of cold weather we’ve had. Stop complaining and wishing the seasons away! ONE | This video just makes me happy. TWO | My drive into work on Tuesday was gorgeous, before all the ice (yes that’s all ice) turned into brown, ugly slush. By the way, I can’t believe my office didn’t close on Tuesday. Onto our weekend… We started our weekend off with a little birthday party for Gracie on Friday night. So intense! We were facetiming John and Jordan because they were pretty bummed to be missing G’s birthday. Isn’t technology wonderful?! Jordan had his wisdom teeth out Friday morning so this was the…
Valentine’s Blogjacking

See, part of this whole 28 Days of Commitment that our church is doing (that Paige has mentioned with the diet and exercise), for me, was to give up the Internet for 28 days. Of course it’s virtually impossible for me to do my job(s) without email and such, but I cut out all Internet for entertainment purposes, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, eBay, YouTube, etc. Now we’re only two weeks in, but so far it hasn’t been nearly as…
