New Year’s Eve Party Decor
So, I realize this post is ridiculously late but better now than June, right? I let New Years Eve sneak up on me with Christmas being so crazy and decided last minute I actually wanted to do some decorations for our annual bash. I think for last minute decorations, they turned out pretty stinkin’ cute but I have to say that Cory was a trooper helping me pull off this New Year’s Eve party decorations. Next year, I’ll plan better. Maybe.
I found this idea on Pinterest but unfortunately I forgot to pin it. If you know the original, I’d love to have it so I can give credit where credit is due!
I made the 2014 out of paper mache letters, Mod Podge and glitter that I picked up from Hobby Lobby. It was such an easy project that really added pop to my table.
I made the “Happy New Year” banner with some adorable gold glitter paper I picked up from Michael’s and the tassel banner was made from tissue paper I picked up at Hobby Lobby and the Dollar Tree. Again, Cory was a trooper for helping me with that tassel banner because it was a pain.
When I got up on New Year’s Day, I found this hat on my angel. I originally bought them for the dogs but they weren’t having it so we ended up wearing them most the night. A lot of my New Year’s Eve party decorations were DIY but I did buy some things because I was so short on time. I found the pom poms {I fluffed them though!}, the horns and the confetti at Party City and all my cute printables came from Amy @ Blissfulbee.com.
