Can you believe we are in the final countdown to Christmas? Where did 2013 go? After last night, I think I’m officially ready for the big day. I’m still waiting on one gift to arrive but all my others are wrapped and under the tree.<
Today, I’m sharing my Christmas home tour. If you want to see more details on my Christmas tree, mantle or my living room hop on over to the individual post. You should definitely finish reading this post first, then check ’em out!
As you walk in our front door, you will be welcomed by two wild haired dogs to our front entry way {hallway}. Let me just say that our house was built in the late sixties and our house is somewhat odd and not symmetrical. At all. We have some areas that are impossible to get good pictures of and this is one of them. Since no one ever comes in our front door, I often forget about this area but Cory made these penguin snow globes for me last year and my entry way is a perfect place to display them.
The entry way leads us into the living room.
If you walk across the living room, you can see the cut through to the kitchen with the entry way on one side and the dining room on the other.
As we go to leave the living room, you’ll see that I’ve got my Clemson tree in the corner.
Next, we’ll head into our dining room. Just like the entry way, the dining room is hard to photograph. There isn’t much light and I had to give up on trying to get a decent picture of my china cabinet. Maybe one day, I’ll figure this fancy camera out and have better pictures to share.
Maybe.
Once we are through the dining room, the kitchen is to your left. We’ve said since the day we moved in that it seems like the builder forgot the kitchen and had to just stick it in where ever there was enough space. We think this is why it’s so tiny.
Thank you for joining my on my Christmas home tour and I really hope you enjoyed it. Maybe one day I will get around to decorating my whole house but right now the bedrooms look like a couple tornadoes came through.
Cory and I are off to a couple Christmas family gatherings today and I’m so ready to relax and enjoy my wonderful family. I hope everyone has a blessed Sunday!
