Fall Embroidery Hoop Wreath
Hey y’all! I’m Maggie and I blog over at Polka Dots in the Country. I am so excited to be taking over today for Paige while she’s in Rwanda! Before we get started I wanted to take a second to thank Paige for reaching out to me to guest post while she’s away. Paige is one of the first blog friends I’ve made since starting my blog last October. Between our #oilyskinissues, love of crafting and of guys named Corey (mine spells Corey with an “ey” while her Cory is just a “y”) I’ve really gotten to know her over the past months. Not trying to be creepy, but I…
University of South Carolina Burlap Wreath
Months ago {like nine} my best friend Kristen asked for a University of South Carolina burlap wreath and I put it off like the plague because the last wreath I was interested in doing was a Gamecock one. But Kristen is one of my best friends and what kind of friend would I be if I didn’t make her one? Since I hosted her bridal shower back in June, I thought the wreath would be a perfect gift plus it gave me a deadline to get it done by. I do have to say that this was the hardest wreath to buy supplies for. My Clemson brain just wouldn’t wrap…
DIY Witch Wreath

There are two websites that I order from, Trendy Tree and Mardi Gras Outlet, they are both great websites and ship very quickly. Between the two sites, they had everything I needed. Supplies needed to make your Burlap Witch Wreath: 1 Roll of Poly Burlap Mesh (21″ x 10 yards) 24″ Work Wreath…
Deco Mesh Wreaths
Last fall, I started browsing Pinterest and Etsy in search of a wreath. I discovered these things called deco mesh wreaths and loved them. What I didn’t love was the price tag on them. I get that wreath making is some people’s livelihood and they are totally worth it, but I couldn’t bring myself to pay $100+ on a wreath. I was shocked at the prices I was seeing and decided that I definitely picked the wrong career. I kept looking through Etsy and I thought to myself “I could make this.” So I got on YouTube and watched about 349 videos on how to make a deco mesh wreath. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating.…
