    Weekending

Happy Monday, y’all. We had another busy but very productive weekend. Unfortunately, I’m at work today because students moved back to Clemson on Saturday and classes start on Wednesday. I’m sure our office will be crazy from now until I leave for Rwanda. Yay! linked with biana Speaking of craziness, we received all these transcripts in the mail on Friday and it took us all afternoon to open them and sort through them which means they’ve got to be entered today. Life Lately + Weekending

How the heck is it already August??? I know, for a fact, we were just starting July a few days ago. And then I blinked. Y’all, life has been crazy this summer. It seems that we live and breathe Barnabas X and Rwanda now {we are about 5 weeks out from our trip…eek!}. During their ceremony, they signed their family Bible that will be displayed in their new home. I had never seen this done before but really loved the idea. The ceremony took place at Ali’s dads church and he performed the ceremony. Short and…

    Where’s my cleaning fairy?

After two weeks of major fundraising, we’ve raised over $6700 {mind blown} towards our trip to Rwanda. The only down side of devoting all of our attention to fundraisers the past 14 days is the scene that took place in my living room on Sunday. I think my cleaning fairy quit. I’m embarrassed to say the majority of this stuff came out of our cars. Needless to say, after sorting through it all, filling up the majority of our office with the stuff we’re keeping and loading my car back up with stuff we have to return tomorrow, we were exhausted. Actually, we’ve been exhausted since Friday morning {we had…
