A Very Busy Life Lately
Whew…what a few weeks it’s been y’all! To say we’ve been busy would an understatement. We’ve been fundraising like maniacs, which has occupied ALL of our free time. Here’s a little of our crazy, busy life lately… Charley bug got her stitches out and has been back at 110% ever since. YoGo is never a bad idea after working on yard sale stuff all day. I’ve been having to catch up on all my favorite shows when I can. Like while I’m cooking dinner. I took the plunge and took chopped my hair off. Goodbye, 10 inches! So far, I’m loving the new cut. Life Lately According to the iPhone
Happy Friday to me! We leave in the morning for the annual SC Ride4Life– a 300-mile bicycle ride to the coast. While I can hardly count the next four days as vacation, it’s probably my favorite part of the summer. I’m pretty bummed my Dad couldn’t get off work to participate because of his new job but more worried about not having my Mama there to do rider support with me. I’ve got big shoes to fill, y’all. When I told my dad we were still going he said, “you know I can’t go this year?” Yes, I know but I’ve still got half a dozen of my favorite riders going.…
Life Lately
Happy Friday my long, lost friends! It’s been forever since I’ve update y’all on anything other than the kitchen, so let’s catch up. Graduation {our busiest week of the year} was last week. I had a couple long 12 hour days and I’m so glad it’s over! I didn’t get home until almost 9:00 o’clock Friday night and as soon as I got home, I crashed. Cory was so sweet and had dinner waiting for me. I was almost too tired to eat hibachi but I suffered through.

I was hoping to spend the rest of the evening finishing my Christmas decorations while watching the Clemson/Carolina game but I pulled something in my back and Cory made me stop and rest it. Since I can barely move {he was right}, I figured I would finally do a post with some photos I’ve been meaning to share but haven’t gotten around to it.
