Back in Commission
My computer is finally back in commission! My charger, which is the 3rd charger I’ve had for this computer, started going in and out a few weeks ago and finally stopped working last weekend. I wasn’t about to pay $80 for a new one at Wal-mart so I had to wait for my $12 one from eBay to arrive. Let me tell you, it was hard going without this thing. I can browse and play on my iPhone all day long but blog, not so much. You don’t realize how much you use your computer until it won’t turn on. I’ve actually done my last couple posts at work. {Don’t…
DIY Witch Wreath
A few weeks ago, a friend sent me a picture of a wreath and asked if I could make it. The Burlap Witch Wreath looked fairly simple and let me tell you… IT WAS! The hardest part about this DIY Witch Wreath was finding the supplies which wasn’t very difficult since I order all my wreath supplies online. Supplies needed to make your Burlap Witch Wreath: 1 Roll of Poly Burlap Mesh (21″ x 10 yards) 24″ Work Wreath…

There was so much that I wanted and needed to get done today but instead we did a lot of this… and this… I’ve had the whole first season of Chicago Fire on my DVR for months and I spent most of the day {I slept till 10:30} catching up on it. The biggest decision I made all day was if I wanted to get dressed, brush my teeth and go get something to eat. I was having a…
Deco Mesh Wreaths
Last fall, I started browsing Pinterest and Etsy in search of a wreath. I discovered these things called deco mesh wreaths and loved them. What I didn’t love was the price tag on them. I get that wreath making is some people’s livelihood and they are totally worth it, but I couldn’t bring myself to pay $100+ on a wreath. I was shocked at the prices I was seeing and decided that I definitely picked the wrong career. I kept looking through Etsy and I thought to myself “I could make this.” So I got on YouTube and watched about 349 videos on how to make a deco mesh wreath. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating.…
